Who we are
IB2broker ("we", "us") runs the IB2broker website and apps, a marketplace that connects Introducing Brokers (IBs) with forex and CFD brokers. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, password (stored encrypted, never visible to us), phone and country.
- IB profile: IB type, estimated monthly volume, experience, regions, audience details and the brokers you work with.
- Verification: documents or screenshots you upload and notes from your verification call.
- Broker accounts: company details, licence numbers, contacts, wallet and payment records.
- Activity: deals you view, save and apply to, messages to support, and when you last signed in.
How we use it
- To run your account and show you relevant deals.
- To verify IBs and brokers and keep the marketplace safe.
- To make introductions you ask for: your contact details go to a broker only when you apply to their deal and they unlock your profile.
- To send account and deal notifications you can switch off in the app.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
We never sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
- Brokers: before unlocking, a broker sees your tier, country, volume, experience and audience, never your name or contact details. After you apply and they unlock you, they see your name, email and phone.
- Service providers: secure hosting and database (Supabase) and email delivery, only to run the service.
- Authorities: when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
While your account is open, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access rules that limit each person to their own data, and private storage for verification documents.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected] from your account email. You must be 18 or older to use IB2broker.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll show the new date above and tell you in the app about important changes.
